I loved every minute of this series and this book was the perfect conclusion.
For someone who has felt unloved and alone for her entire life then gaining a family and fighting to keep them all safe against their enemies, this book really captivated her journey and growth. Her courage, bravery and willingness to sacrifice her life for those she loves is truly amazing to read.
She’s sure, confident and yes, short tempered but she can hold her own even in the face of her worst fear. Unique circumstances, a romance to swoon over and a whirlwind journey for our characters. This plot is amazing, badass female leads, broody and prickly alpha males, danger, suspense and politics, what more could you ask for? This world is original, unique and well worth being captivated by. These ladies really know how to deliver an epic, thrilling and suspenseful read with added drama, steam and hot alpha males. Even if she was the intended target all along. With the unwavering support of Jordan at her side, Violet knows she can face whatever the resistance throws at them.
